PROOF OF FACTS: Christians are God’s Property (Private Property)
1. INTRODUCTION
The Bible declares that God alone owns the Heavens and the Earth:
The heavens are Yours, the earth also is Yours; The world and all its fullness, You have founded them.

Among the most basic principles of law is that you cannot exercise authority or ownership over property that does not belong to you. Thus:
- We are all mere temporary trustees and stewards over property that ultimately does not belong to us during our short time on Earth.

3.1. God owns all PRIVATE property , consisting of everything PHYSICAL that He created and therefore OWNS.
3.2. Caesar owns all PUBLIC property, consisting of everything He created and therefore OWNS. - Laws protecting property:

4.2. STATUTORY CIVIL LAW that Caesar created is a fiction that protects only PUBLIC. - When we voluntarily surrender God’s property to Caesar, we:

5.4. Turn PRIVATE property to PUBLIC property.
5.5. Nominate a new pagan god to be above us, who then uses the property we surrendered to control us in violation of God’s law.

Thus, “separation of church and state” demands that Caesar has nothing left to govern, regulate, or tax except HIMSELF. This is consistent with Article 4, Section 3, Clause 2 and 5 U.S.C. §301, which authorize heads of departments to write regulations ONLY for personnel and property WITHIN their department and NOT PRIVATE property, or even personnel or property OUTSIDE their department. Below is the CURSE God promises to those who try to violate that separation:

And the borrower is servant to the lender.”

Curses of Disobedience [to God’s Laws]
“The alien [Washington, D.C. is legislatively “alien” in relation to states of the Union] who is among you shall rise higher and higher above you, and you shall come down lower and lower [malicious destruction of EQUAL PROTECTION and EQUAL TREATMENT by abusing FRANCHISES]. He shall lend to you [Federal Reserve counterfeiting franchise], but you shall not lend to him; he shall be the head, and you shall be the tail.
“Moreover all these curses shall come upon you and pursue and overtake you, until you are destroyed, because you did not obey the voice of the Lord your God, to keep His commandments and His statutes which He commanded you. And they shall be upon you for a sign and a wonder, and on your descendants forever.

Whenever you approach a government officer asking them to do something, their FIRST line of defense is to say:
I’m sorry, but my job description and lawful delegation order doesn’t authorize that.
Well, it’s time for CHRISTIANS to do EXACTLY the same thing when GOVERNMENT asks them to do something. There is NOTHING in their delegation of authority order (the BIBLE) that allows them to cooperate with anything OTHER than obeying the CRIMINAL law and the COMMON LAW but never the CIVIL law. We hope you can now clearly see that there is NO WAY to completely address a foreign tax status without explaining the Christian perspective on it. “Domestic” means against God and worshipping civil rulers instead of God, just like God forbade in 1 Sam. 8. That king was a CIVIL king. Every government has CRIMINAL law, whether there is a King or not and whether you consent or “elect” or “effectively connect” or not.
6 But the thing displeased Samuel when they said, “Give us a king to judge us.” So Samuel prayed to the Lord. 7 And the Lord said to Samuel, “Heed the voice of the people in all that they say to you; for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me, that I should not reign over them. 8 According to all the works which they have done since the day that I brought them up out of Egypt, even to this day—with which they have forsaken Me and served other gods—so they are doing to you also. 9 Now therefore, heed their voice. However, you shall solemnly forewarn them, and show them the behavior of the king who will reign over them.”

19 Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, “No, but we will have a king over us, 20 that we also may be like all the nations, and that our king may judge us and go out before us and fight our battles.”

Instead, Christians are all strangers on the earth with ONLY GOD AS THEIR KING:
Because for Your sake I have borne reproach;
Shame has covered my face.
8 I have become a stranger to my brothers,
And an alien to my mother’s children;
9 Because zeal for Your house has eaten me up,
And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me.[Psalm 69:7-9, Bible, NKJV]
The REASON for the above reproaches is that you REFUSE “domestic” status! Those with this status are “of the world” and “friends of the world”. They are fornicating with the Beast described in the Bible Book of Revelation:
If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of [domiciled within or contracting with the governments of] the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.”
