The Bible book of Revelation predicts the path to subjugation of all under the Beast:

3. No one will be able to buy or sell WITHOUT the mark. Rev. 13:17.
4. You will be pushed into a domestic status in order to receive the PRIVILEGE to buy and sell. The existence of that privilege is the origin of the beast government’s ability to regulate commerce, in fact. 5. The METHOD of pushing you into a domestic status is to pit financial institutions against those who declare a foreign civil status. This is MALICIOUSLY done with DELIBERATE textual ambiguity in the terms “nonresident alien” and “foreign person” by abusing the following methods:
5.1. “foreign person” is DELIBERATELY and AMBIGUOUSLY defined or described in IRS publications and regulations. You are a “foreign” “person.” The only place “foreign person” shows up as an integrated term versus a combination of two terms combined in accordance with the proper context, is at IRC § 881(b)(3)(A). The REAL question is: You are certainly a “foreign” and CONSTITUTIONAL “person.” But are you THE “foreign” CIVIL “person” with a duty to perform under the IRC? See:

6. The RESULT of this WILLFUL and TEXTUAL ambiguity is the following:
6.1. The PRIVATE human is “debanked”.
6.2. In order to bank you must become a privileged, enumerated, PUBLIC actor or be in effect “cancelled”. This commercial cancellation counts in effect as GENOCIDE against those who refuse the mark of the beast of the privileges it represents.
7. The WILLFUL and TEXTUAL ambiguity in the previous step relating to foreign status constitutes a criminal conspiracy against your constitutional rights. All these methods are engineered to punish or prevent the lawful exercise of constitutional rights. All of the above are being done by banks using the money system and Social Security Numbers. The ONLY way out of the compelled use of them is the nonresident alien position and a foreign tax status documented on this website.
The banks pretend they are private but in fact, they are all public by virtue of receiving FDIC insurance. 31 C.F.R. § 202.2(a)(1). Thus, they in fact are “state actors” willfully violating your constitutional rights insofar as the PUSH you INTO a “domestic”, privileged, or enumerated status.
