What kind of people create the content on this site, show the most interest in it, and contribute the most to improving it?

ANSWER:

Many people ask us what kind of person would want to create this website, show the most interest in it, and feel almost compelled to improve and expand it. Its technical, organized, and can sometimes put the average Joe Sixpack to sleep. This is a very interesting question.

Our system of law and taxation has turned into what the secular world refers to as a “technocracy”. A priesthood of judges and lawyers run it, and the complexity of it leaves the rest of us in the dark and powerless in a vacuum of knowledge they created:

Technocracy is an expert-based type of governance. In its strongest sense, it is a form of government in which decisions across all sectors and policy domains follow evidence-based, efficiency-oriented procedures grounded in scientific methods and instrumental rationality. In a weaker sense, the term refers to hybrid models that delegate specific functions to experts or implement expertise-driven decision procedures in areas such as central banking, public health, or environmental regulation.

It takes a disciplined, technical, theological, and engineering mind to objectively dismantle the deception of this technocracy. The above definition is off somewhat because when you put the “evidence” under a microscope, it’s actually “legal conclusions” disguised by corrupt judges and the administrative state to LOOK like evidence. This is because you can’t animate a legal fiction/straw man without engaging in nothing but legal conclusions:

The following imperfections in human character filter out all but the most disciplined, logical, theological, principled minds from understanding this technocracy of enslavement:

1. Ignorance.
2. Pride. This produces the Dunning-Kruger effect.
3. Presumptuousness.
4. Selfishness and idolatry (putting self above God).
5. Laziness. Lazy people don’t question anything and just accept what people tell them.
6. Atheism. Atheists are repulsed by spirituality and sometimes even morality, so they are blind to the spiritual nature of the technocracy, which is a counterfeit of God’s design. Psalm 119:72 explains why this is:
   “The law of Your [God’s] mouth is better to me Than thousands of coins of gold and silver.”

Our experience researching and assembling the subjects covered on this website, interacting with readers and people in the legal profession and government on the subject over the years reveals the following characteristics about the kind of people most interested and passionate about this subject. They are:

1. Humble and willing to listen to new ideas carefully and fact check them.
   1.1. They are not prisoners of their own pride and bias that closes minds using the Dunning-Kruger Effect.
   1.2. They don’t put their own self-importance above a greater spiritual good.
2. Obsessively curious. They always want to be learning and growing so they can’t be taken advantage of or victimized by anyone.
3. Highly inclined to question everything they hear. They listen to everyone but trust no one on the most important subjects in life. And they have good computer skills so that they can fact check anything quickly and conclusively.
4. Spiritually minded and wise. They study theology and law and the relationship between the two.
5. Very independent thinkers. They are repulsed by social media or mind control and want to own their own life and thoughts.
6. Passionate about reading and writing.
7. Do not like television, which wastes huge amounts of time needlessly.
8. They like solitude and quite time. It allows them to pray, think things through deeply and carefully, and organize and document what they learn as they think.
9. Not atheists. Since everything on this site examines secular law in the light of divine law, atheists are often repulsed by it and see humans or themselves as more important than God.
10. Very disciplined and organized. They like to think about and discover hierarchy and order behind everything. They also spend a tremendous amount of time organizing and indexing what they learn to make it useful with databases, tables, and indexes.
11. ALL, without exception, engineers, software developers, and pastors. Every one of the most productive producers of coherent and accurate work in this area are all engineers or ex-engineers:

13. Type A personalities. They are highly motivated.
14. Have done well enough in life that they have a lot of free time. Pastors who must read and study all the time as part of their profession are prime candidates for this especially. That is how the following sites were founded:

15. Not consumed by addictions that would distract their study or personal growth. Such addictions include alcohol, drugs, and pornography.
16. Often people who have been targeted by legal abuse by usually government actors because they are whistle blowers or insist on honesty, transparency, and accountability.
    16.1. Legal abuse by corrupt members of the government or legal profession is usually what create their interest in further study of this, often long after the actual abuse stops. They continue studying beyond that point because they want to restore stability and security to their life and protect themselves and their family. That’s tendency a natural male instinct, in fact.
    16.2. Its a rare tendency indeed for people to study the subjects covered by this site BEFORE they get into trouble in a PREEMPTIVE way to prevent future trouble. Most people are REACTIVE rather than PROACTIVE. In that sense, we wish society as a whole had more big problems that would compel people to study this kind of information. Maybe we need another depression, war, or economic apocalypse so that curiosity that is the sword of truth is continually sharpened.

The most important ingredient of all the above is being spiritually minded, which includes humility. This is because:

1. It brings an eternal perspective and eternal accountability/responsibility to a higher and eternal God.
2. Without this perspective, people typically default to putting self first and never look beyond what benefits them personally.
3. An eternal perspective produces resilience and ability to suffer necessary to come to the truth, because the legal profession is adversarial and confrontational. It is only through suffering that the highest and most important truths can be learned. That’s why God sent us and Jesus here to begin with.

Our philosophy is that there are some people that it is an HONOR to be hated by. Evil, ignorant, lazy, or presumptuous people fit in that category, because they are a danger not only to themselves, but to all of society. This has the desired side effect of allowing us to have more time to study and to spend on people more deserving in receiving the benefit of our time and resources, because we don’t have to waste it on those who hate us undeservedly.

To make things even worst, some people hate you not because they are “evil, ignorant, lazy, or presumptuous”, but simply because they feel threatened because you are TOO smart relative to them, making them jealous and vindictive:

Ironically, stupidity is why many people feel threatened and repulsed by the truths found on this website. The lesson is that if you are doing the right thing and doing it intelligently, you’re guaranteed to have LOTS of enemies. They come with the territory.

We therefore conclude that if you are either REALLY GOOD (spiritually) or REALLY SMART (intellectually) you are guaranteed to have fewer friends than probably anyone you know or have ever met because there has never been a shortage in the world of EITHER evil or stupidity. This will:

1. Cause either really evil or really dumb people to automatically remove themselves from your life in a process of “self selection”.
2. Free up lots of time, if you are studious or inquisitive, to “nerd out” on very technical but hugely important subjects like those found on this website.
3. Serve as a repellent for those in government towards you. Government seems to be a magnet for malicious, presumptuous, ignorant, power-hungry people. The entire administrative state is built upon these personality traits. If you are too much work for them to harass or steal from efficiently, they will move on to lower hanging fruit.
